Could I use the below HDD for my DS2415+?

Seagate IronWolf Pro 18TB NAS Internal Desktop Hard Drive, SATA 6GB/s, 7200 RPM​

 
Datasheets/compatibility lists for "older" NAS are out of date. In reality, there are no limits to drive size, only to the maximum volume capacity.

Volume size is generally dependent on the processor (32-bit vs 64-bit, with 32-bit limited to 16TB) and RAID size is just whatever the NAS physically supports (and that increases over time as new HDDs are made available).
