Memorytest in SynologyAssistant doesn't refresh

I'm doing a memorytest here but the percentage has been stuck at "0.02%" for quite awhile now. Google suggest pressing "search" again in SynologyAssistant but that only removes the NAS from the list and it cannot be found again.
Any hints here?

Removing one of the SIMM-modules and trying again and the percentage-counter actually works. With two 16GB SIMM's the counter stops at 0.02%. :/ Is it the RAM-test that needs bugfixing or bad RAM?
