Ds1517+
Hi, my ds713+ just died it had a single volume using 2 3tb disk, media and arr docker containers. I want to migrate that volume to a ds1517+ with 3 volumes, one is a backup volume using 2 3tb disks so the plan is to swap this volume with the dead nas one. I am wondering on how to proceed with this process without losing data, any advice would be of great help. Can I eject the ds1517+ volume with old backups that I don’t plan to use for now and swap it with the two HDs from the dead nas? Will be able to recover the ejected backup volume if required in the future? Many thanks!!

Maybe the Power Adapter is defect ?
Would try another PA....

Hi, thanks, tested that with a multimeter and it was fine. Problem now, is that I destroyed the dom while trying to repair it so I need to move it to a new system. Will try to repair the dom at some point in the future, I read people has managed it to replace it entirely with a external usb, but right now I need a solution for my media and before purchasing a second nas I would like to see if combining both work and media into my ds1517+ would work

You tested current output, or only voltage?
