Hello.
I have been using moments from the beginning. It works ok, but from last week after adding new photos, I have a problem. Some of the photos have errors, they don't all come off.
This happens both in the ios application and through the website.
What have I tried so far:
- indexing enabled on moments www portal - 2 times
- indexing enabled in the control panel synology portal - 2 times
- upload picture to hdd - 2 times
- clear data, remove ios app and install it again
Despite these actions, some photos are still not displayed properly.
Pictures uploaded to hdd are displayed correctly. The problem only occurs through the web or application.
Does anyone have any idea what can be done about it?
