My active backup files are giving error after DMS update

Hello friends,

I switched from DMS 6.2 version to 7.1 version, I was able to view the backup disks I bought with active backup from the Portal screen, but after the update, "The file system cannot be viewed because it is not supported" warning appears. thanks.
