Check the Storage Manager 1st, be sure that the volume is ok and that its not scrubbing or doing something major.

Then check the Resource manager and see if you have any visible spikes there. Also, check the volume and hdd performance in the Resource manager as well.

And I see you are using quickconnect.to . Do you have relay service enabled and is it possible its somehow relaying via the Synology servers because it can't make a direct connection to your NAS?

CPU and RAM loads seem light. This is likely a networking issue.
