I have some advice to change of the flow:
- you can delete the enterprise and medium biz segment - people from this area no need such basic flow. They are looking for an experiences of specific features. E.g. reliability of Snapshot/Replica procedure or Dedup ratio, ...
- unskilled newbie will chose 10G, because he doesn’t have a clue what it does mean for his entire architecture
- what about a simple XLS attachment with few inputs, to calculate total volume with 5y outlook (as is and to be), then split into RAID levels (recommended by usage) = then you can suggest a single disk volume = and number of bays as last mile?

So what about this one?

XLS with few questions - helpful for segment of newbies.

There is possible create a segmentation for:
- office files
- pictures
- videos
- docker images and containers
- Drive environment with number of versions

For special segment as:
- photographers with more than 5 photos per month
- video editors is necessary to prepare different one
I have few of them from projects created in last 5y. But there isn't more than 50% similarity (different workflow setup, different purposes, ...). It's hart to prepare a single template.

Btw:
this template can take into consideration few newbies mistakes
- clearly answer how many bay they need in the NAS
- what will be data increment in short term
- ...
