Additional information:
Hi friends, I am happy user of Syn. 220j but now i think about buying another NAS for general backup and as my company Cloud solution.
I would like to choose DS220+ or DS720+ but dont know if is DS720+ worthy those 80€ [only difference I found is 1 × eSATA, a bit stronger CPU and 2 x M.2 SSD Slots]. Or which one of these DS is better in your opinion and why?
Thank you.

When it comes to 2bay those are the options. Personally, I would go for a 7xx model just for the extra horsepower.

If you are in no hurry a new 723+ model is coming out in January. It will be priced at around 420€+tax but well worth it. Compared to the x20 models (like 720) it will support up to 32GB of ram, so for your needs, it will be a better solution in case you want to upgrade down the line. Also, the model will have an optional 10G if that is something that might come in handy at some point.

Also, 223+ is expected soon (around the same time), but it will probably be a little less than the 723 model in terms of specs, with around the same price range as the current 220+.
