NAS DS220j (Vmware)?

Hi
You cannot run VmWare on your NAS, no.
In principle, you can run virtual machines on a Synology NAS, and quite possibly import VmWare virtual machines onto the virtual machine software available on Synology NAS.
However, you require at least a '+' model to run the Synology Virtual Machine Manager; your 220j will not do this, sorry.
