NAS newbie wanting to run surveillance station

I got it up and running. It took all night to set up my six 4TB drives. I upgraded the ram from the 4GB to 16GB. Not sure if this was necessary but it was cheap enough.

I ran two cables from the switch to the NAS and set up the LAG. That took a couple tries I had to configure it on the NAS first and then on the switch. I have 7 out of my ten cameras running, it is syncing about 500 GB from Dropbox now, and running the initial time machine backup from my laptop. Everything seems to be going smoothly.
