Appreciate any help/comments regarding the Photo App.
I imported my photo collection without a problem. However, after that I have a problem.
I can configure to allow “friends/family to view…OK.
But silly me I then wished to ‘export’ them back to my Laptop, cannot find that action to do so?
Tried all manner of things and read as much as possible without success.

Hope someone can help please

Regards

John Murray

Have you tried using normal file sharing? Such as web-based DSM's File Station, or mounting Windows shared folders.

You will find the photos in your DSM account's /home/Photos (your personal space in Synology Photos) and the /photo shared folder (the shared space in Synology Photos).

Hello Fredbert, appreciate your immediate response.
Yes, all the photos are in their respective folders. When I try to move or copy, it seems to only allow to “areas” within the Drive menu, not externally to my windows Laptop nor my iPad? Thats the crux of my problem

fredbert,
your reply has been a success!
I worked my way through "Mounting Windows Shared Folders" and set everything up as per the help files.
I've just 'downloaded' all the photo library back to my Win11 Laptop---Hurrah.
Thank you very much for getting my problem resolved (y)
