Hi everyone.

I've got an MSI Intel Z590 motherboard with an onboard 2.5Gbit Intel NIC.

Testing out a restore, booting from a USB key. I can't proceed as it cannot load a suitable driver.

No amount of pointing it to the drivers will change this behaviour.

Anyone got any suggestions please?

I found a thread on the "official" forum.

I took all the steps in that post but still cannot get it to see the driver!

What's worse is you point it to the driver, you get a "Loading Driver" message and it quietly returns you to the previous screen, no error message or any clue whatsoever. Complete garbage!

Backup software that cannot do a restore is useless! Typical, half baked Synology effort.

I guess I'll stick with Macrium Reflect. That just works and uses the same PE environment type of thing.

To be fair, I just tried a restore on a "mini pc" from B-Max. It runs Windows 10 Pro and the experience was extremely positive!

The whole process was simple. So, if the system you have is supported by ABB then you are in luck. Otherwise, forget it!
