Forget the NAS and its users. The NAS is just storage. You need to focus on the users on your PC where the Plex server is installed.

The NAS data is already visible to the PC via the mounted drive, so that is all good and fine. The only thing that you need to do now is to make sure that your Plex server account can see the data on that mounted drive.

From the Plex site where you posted more images, I noticed that the Plex server is running under the "host" account.

Can you list all the local accounts on your PC using the computer management console as well as your PC's local name?

server name, host account, I have one account with the host name and with full administrator rights. The Plex server is running under an account and the host is running, I have one account.

Friends, where else can I look, I have already climbed everything and did not understand how to solve this problem😭

I wrote on the Plex forum on the Synology forum and could not solve what kind of problem it was (maybe there is a problem with the Plex server, although I don’t know the latest update costs both Windows and DSM 7.1.1
