- I’m trying to migrate my DS1813+ to a DS1515+ using Migration Assistant
- The destination has 2x the storage capacity as the source
- Each device is connected to my main network using its LAN1+LAN2 bonded, or just LAN1 (respectively). Those connections are working great and I can log in to DSM on both through that connection
- LAN3+LAN4 are bonded on each device and they are directly connected to one another using two CAT6 cables (LAN3-LAN3 and LAN4-LAN4). Static IPs are assigned on each device (10.0.0.101 and 10.0.0.102), and they successfully see one another
- The migration has been humming along without any problems until 93% of the way through the “Data” portion of the migration
- Migration Assistant paused with the message “Network is disconnected”
- I’ve tried to Resume it countless times, but it always stops a second or so later with the same message
- The bonded network interface looks healthy (and besides, it already transferred many TB of data)
