Hi all,

I have a DS1621+ and it's been absolutely fine, but today I tried to login via quickconnect and after entering the authy verification codes that have worked just fine prior to now, I'm being told the verification codes are invalid, no matter how many I try or what browsers I use. Has anyone experienced this? I'm also not receiving the emergency code it says has been sent to my email. Does anyone know how to get into my NAS with this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That seldom works.

Can you SSH in to your NAS? If so, you can reset 2FA (I'm not sure this will help if your clock is out of wack):

Code:
cd /usr/syno/etc/preference/admin/
mv google_authenticator google_authenticator_SAVE

Then log in again. You'll be presented with the screen to reconfigure 2FA.

If that fails, you can re-enable the default admin account and log on through that to check your NAS clock settings.

Unfortunately I'm getting permission denied errors, I don't think I enabled in DSM.

Edit -- fixed, thanks to both @Bill Wilder and @Telos for the help :)
