No photos showing in android app

HI all, I did the DSM7 upgrade yesterday and installed Synology Photos.
It works in windows but the android app is also connected but is empty.
How do I get the photos from the NAS also showing in the app?
What am I doing wrong?

can you give a bit more info on how are your connecting to your photos instance? Is it the same account? Give as much details as your can.

I connect with the same login on the app as I do on the NAS. With photo station I had all the content from the Nas. Now synology photos is empty.

Do you have Personal Space rather than Shared Space selected?

Seems very odd. Have you tried signing out of the Synology Photos app and checking the login credentials.

Are you in folder view or timeline? If folder, are you looking at an empty folder?

Hi, I did the logout and in a few times yesterday with no result. I just tried it again and now the photos are loading and showing . No idea why it didn't worked before, didn't change a thing. Thanks a lot for the help and tips
