EDIT: Thanks, sorry, fixed. Deleted Calendars in macOS and re-added. Fine now.

Working until today or a few days ago. What could I have fiddled with to break it?!
I have Synology Calendar running, seems fine. I can - could - synchronise macOS, iPadOS and iOS devices without trouble. Today the macOS version of Calendar is giving a warning that "Your calendar couldn't be refreshed. https://server.my.tld is not a location that supports this request."
Apple's idea of CalDAV means it can be fussy over server address, path and port. But all this was working and I've double checked, re-entered etc.
Only thing I've recently fiddled with is Let's Encrypt certificate which was a pain to get renewed but was in the end.
FWIW, I have an app in which I enter appointments. It can only sync with macOS Calendar, which it does. Then macOS Calendar syncs to Synology Calendar from where my actual preferred desktop calendar and iPad, iOS sync from. Or did...
Thanks.
