OpenSpeedTest Synology Reverse Proxy Setup

I am using OpenSpeedTest for Internal and External Network speed verification.
It's working fine when we use it normally.
When I run it behind sinology reverse proxy I am seeing unusual upload speed.
I found reverse proxy related issue on Github Unrealisticly high upload measurements · Issue #4 · openspeedtest/Speed-Test

without reverse proxy 1Gbps LAN

When it goes behind a reverse proxy.

Synology reverse proxy is using HTTP2 when we enable HTTPS.
We need to do something in Nginx Config for HTTP2?

No problems found when I tested behind HTTP reverse proxy.
So this is specific to HTTPS reverse proxy.
How to properly setup OpenSpeedTest for HTTPS using Synology Reverse Proxy?

OpenSpeedTest HTTP and HTTPS working fine.
ISSUE only found when I am using it behind a reverse proxy along with HTTPS.

Can't say I have noticed this issue on my end and I do run it behind reverse as well. Truth be told not the built-in one, but still https RP host is there.

I love to make it work using the built-in reverse proxy.

NPM (nginx proxy manager) version - Nginx Proxy Manager

I don't want to use NPM or any other software; I found a solution that works with Synology's built-in reverse proxy.
