Does anyone know if it's possible (and if so, how) to get Python bindings for either or both of postgresql and ImageMagick?
I've written some scripts for getting information out of the synofoto database, and manipulating the images, especially for looking at face recognition results. I can do everything I want by running commands outside the python script, but (a) it would be more efficient to do these in process, and (b) call me paranoid, but I don't much like building SQL query strings and passing them to an external process. Don't modify the base OS and command utlities as you don't know how much that will break DSM.

No. I don't know much about it. Just trying to understand and learn. "Why?" is very powerful. Thanks for...
