Quickconnect problem

Problem in Quickconnect sometimes it can be accessed sometimes it can't, when it can't be accessed it will deactivate the quickconnect feature in the External Access settings menu and activate it again and then it can be accessed again, is there a solution to this problem? because it's too annoying to have to deactivate and reactivate when you want to access services that use the quickconnect feature.

Well this is not really something that I have seen happening often. What internet connection are you running behind that NAS? Could it be an issue with the connectivity?

Any specific pattern that you have noticed when this is happening?

I had something similar on phones at local Hospital’s Rec Center with DS APPS on Rec Centers WIFI. Also at airports.
Turns out local IT folks blocked it on their WIFI.
How to prove it’s that: switch off WIFI and connect via phone’s LTE Data. That worked but slower.

Now on cruise Ships it’s the luck of the draw: Their WIFI may be open, but so darn clogged, or out of place antenna, or satellite off axis, or it works flawlessly, now, but 10 min later……… Though overall it’s slowely getting better
