Hello everyone
I am testing a backup (not synchronization) that I can perform in Drive Client from a PC (Windows). Everything is fine, the backups are performed. The problem occurs when trying to restore a file from:
Every time I get a message that the file has been restored but it is physically missing on the PC.
From the Drive Client (i.e. on the PC itself), if I use the Restore option, the files are restored without a problem.
What could be the problem? I have never used Drive before.

- Synology Drive portal: RPM -> Version History -> ... -> Restore.
- Administrator console: Team Folder → Explorer Version → Restore.
- File Station → RPM on the file → Synology Drive Administrator Console → Explorer Version → Restore or File Station → RPM on the file → Synology Drive Administrator Console → Browse previous versions → Restore.
