Asked but never really answered as far as I can see.

My Mail Server (not Plus) logs have grown somewhat. Over 5000 pages, more than 263,000 entries. Am I correct in that there seems to be no way to rotate the log? Or delete it after n days?

I have now set up a daily (as that's the only option) report. Nicely formatted, all the detail you want. So 'going forward' that's fine. Meanwhile exporting the log file in Postbox format get's me a very long list with no nice formatting.

So unless someone smart knows better I'll delete the current log, get daily report emails to archive and have to remember to delete the log manually every now and then?

Maybe Mail Plus is better but we'd need £650 worth of licences.

Thanks

Not sure about Mail Server. But on MailPlus, you can find the setting under Auditing->Log management.

There is a section called "Log Rotation Rule", you can set up the maximum size of the log file (30MB by default), as well as the log rotation period (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).
