Dear team, using my rt2600 ac 2nd 2 MR2200ac (1 over ethernet 1gb) and the over over wifi
my main concern is even the router is very close.. the speed is no more than 280 or 300.

the mesh is using the 5ghz-1 that's weird..

any recommendation?

LoL.. I think it's not bad considering you have like 15 devices on your wifi. So thats 18 devices potentionally chatting in the same mhertz waves. So very chatty in the air.

any recommendation?
Connect a cable between the routers...

there is any reason the wifi devices are using the 5ghz-2 .. the mesh wireless?

What do you mean it's too far? If they are able to use 5Ghz to connect to each other, then that means they aren't that from each other far... You know 5Ghz has less range than the slower 2.4 Ghz, right?

Because the WiFi router is using the 5ghz-1 band to talk to your router in your livingroom.

The synology is not using the 2nd band (the specific for mesh) no idea why... Anyone here with any idea?thanks. a lot

A "solution" due the MR2200ac only connect to the other MR2200ac over the 1st band of wifi. Change and im currently using for the clients the 2nd. 50% better speed. I know is not the ideal.. but works fine!
