Setup is RT6600AX + MR2200AC hard wired ethernet CAT6.

1Gbps Cable. I’m getting 800-900Mbps connecting to RT6600AX but my MR2200AC is capping at 100Mbps.

Traffic control off.

How do I fix the speeds?

My Linksys RE7000 seems to be capped too at 100Mbps.

Try WiFi Explorer (or Lite version, or similar app) on your Mac. You will see a lot of information about the WiFi networks around you. The SSID's Max Rate field will show the peak rate of the router (not the same as your device's connection speed) and it may not be the 867 Mbps per 5 GHz band of the MR2200ac.
