Safe Access SA Issue

I have the 6600 and SA (131-0326).

When I am in SA- Profiles- John, I want to add a site to the Allow list from the "inappropriate attempts" domain field. There is a + sign "add domain to web filter allow list" but I am getting an error message "Unable to perform this operation, possibly because the network connection is unstable or the system is busy. Please try again later". The same message appears regardless of the Profile and Domain.

If I go to SA-Activity then Domain/IP click on the + sign, the same message appears. Again, it doesn't matter of the Profile or Domain.

Does anyone else have this issue?

I discovered the issue is with Safari 13.1 and not SA. Another words because the browser is out dated then I was seeing that message. In Chrome (v 106), SA was working fine and I wasn't seeing that message.
