Hi folks,
I have a DS413j which I currently use only as storage for my media player. The data is used mostly during weekend nights or if I upload something off my PC during the week. I've set disk hibernation to 60 minutes which seems to work fine - the less hours the drives clock in, the better.
Now I'm thinking of moving at least some of my home automation things to the NAS as well since it's the device which is online as much as possible. I have a spare USB dock and an old SSD which I could plug to the NAS for this purpose.
My question is, will the activity wake up all the drives if I only access the SSD/external USB drive?
