Hello good day.

I am trying connect with Filezilla to my NAS FTP server. I haven't a public IP, i am using quickconnect instead to connect from external.

Code:
Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Connecting to universalgg.quickconnect.to...
Response: fzSftp started, protocol_version=11
Command: open "[email protected]" 22
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

I tried port 21 and 22 with sftp and ftp. Just doesn't connect. Any idea?
Thanks.

I could be wrong but I don’t think QC works with those services.

Yes, i see the same answer in some similar questions. Have you some idea if i use Cloud Flare? The problem is that i haven't a static IP public.
BTW: In localhost works fine, my problem is external.

if you have a dynamic Internet IP assigned by your ISP then you most likely can use dynamic DNS (DDNS). The NAS has builtin support for this and Synology has its own DDNS service.

The point of DDNS is to have a reliable domain resolution to a dynamic IP address.

What does that mean? Everyone connected to the 'net has a WAN IP (but CGNAT is convoluted).

Solved.
My problem was that i have 2 routers. I tried open the ports only in the second router (not the main) and doesn't work. So i tried search another solution like use quickconnect instead, but is not needed now i found what i do wrong.
Also if someone need a static IP like me, contact your internet provider and left from your CGNAT (not all companies accept it), they will provide a static IP like me.

Anyways thanks for helping me, appreciated :)
Good day!
