I just bought synology nas DS220j and can't find the program called snapshot replication

does anyone know how to get it on

Because you bought a J-series NAS, I suspect your NAS doesn't support it.

Snapshot Replication requires a Btrfs file system. The DS220J doesn’t support that.

The closest you will come is with rsync (Shared Folder Sync or Hyper Backup).
