Security SRM Safe Access blocks some Mastodon instances

SynoMan submitted a new resource:

SRM Safe Access blocks some Mastodon instances - If you have a problem with loading images and avatars, check this resource.

Using Safe Access on Synology's SRM with the Threat intelligence database enabled (under Security tab) will block images and avatars on Mastodon.

We have noticed this with these instances (some have been reported by other Mastodon users):

• mastodon.social
• mastodon.design

The solution is to add blocked IPs to the exception list (also under Security).

Here's the list of the blocked IPs:

• a Mastodon user reported the same issue with mastodon.design instance, but the same IPs on exception list will solve the problem
