Straightforward remote file access

Hi, first post in a very long time - I've got a spreadsheet that I access at home through two Windows 10 laptops using a mapped drive to my Syno. I'd like to be able to access the file offsite from a laptop and an Android phone. I'd like to be able to do it easily - preferably by a shortcut on the W10 laptop desktop or the phone desktop. I'd like to be able to read/write. I've got I've a DS918 running DSM7. Many thanks.
