Did as you suggested Rusty and the problem has been resolved. Thanks.Maybe opening a ticket and letting Syno support clean up the HB DB would be the fastest way to resolve this.
Opened a ticket and let Syno support clean up the HB DB. All I had to do was: 1. create a temporary admin account for them 2. enable the SSH service. Support did the rest. Then I deleted the account and disabled SSH.How was it resolved? What needed to be done?
