Hi there,

I use Synology Contacts for a while now and today I've lost all my contacts.
I use this service and it's synchronized with my iPhone
When I connect to web interface, i receive an error 5015.
I've tried restoration without success.
Contacts seems working [only] with mailplus but I don't use it anymore

Any idea how to take back my contacts?

MailPlus, are you talking about the mobile app on iPhone or the web portal? If the web portal does the app launcher menu work to access Contacts?

For the web portal, how do you normally access DSM and the various packages? LAN IP address, personal domain, Synology DDNS, Quickconnect direct, Quickconnect Relay. Do you use HTTP or HTTPS.

Is the error code from the web server or your web browser?

If it really is broken then you should raise a ticket with Synology Support.
