Hi all,

I recently setup Synology Drive Client to be backing up my data daily onto my NAS. All seems to be working well except for one annoyance. Everytime the backup is complete, Synology Drive Client automatically shuts down my computer. If I miss the nofification (working, playing games etc.), it's rarther annoying that my PC suddenly shuts off when I'm half way through something.

Everywhere I look I can't seem to find an option to turn this off?

Any help appreciated!

Hi,

strange, I can't see any kind of similar setting for the drive client. Are you sure the Drive is shutting down your computer?
I've done some investigating on my laptop - so only when you first set up Drive Client do you get an option. I must have ticked it by mistake... however I can't find a way to turn this off from my PC without unlinking and starting again. But I fear my backup progress would be lost and I would need to re-sync everything?
