Synology drive empty trash

Guys, there is a question, the user deletes the file through the Synology drive web portal, and the trash is empty, how to configure that after deleting the files they would be in the trash in synology drive?

To recover deleted files from the Recycle Bin, you must have first enabled the Recycle Bin for the related shared folder.

• Deleted files will be placed in Recycle Bin only if the folder that contains the files has versioning enabled.

In Drive Admin Console go to Team folder, click on My Drive folder and enable version control.
