Synology Drive - privileges problem - UPDATE

I have two machines, one Linux and one Windows.


When trying to create a backup task, I was given this error:


This only occurs on the Linux app. No problems with the windows app.



Can someone help me with this?

Make sure in drive admin console under settings check off enable/allow data sync and backup. Additionally make sure your specific user has access to the drive package.

Data sync and backup is checked. Where is access to the Drive Package enabled?

User permissions, applications tab make sure they have access to synology drive.
