Pls. don’t try to touch the PCB w/o grounding wrist, otherwise you can totally damage your PCB components by static electricity from your hands.
OMG - use this kind of example manipulation as - never do this way!!!
You can purchase such wrist from Amazon for 6€, but the protective value is equivalent of new NAS.

Finally, don’t forget to connect the clip to something what is grounded, otherwise you have just nice wrist band.
