What about power consumption, temperature and noise - comparing to HAT3300 series?
I'm asking because a few months ago I switched from WD Red Plus 8TB to HAT3300-8T, hoping that I will get better in all three categories. HAT3300 are better than WD Red Plus, except the noise. When iddle, they are fine, but as soon as they start to work (read/write/seeking), they are loud like a hell. So in terms of noise, I am very disappointed with my HAT3300 drives.
If HAT3310 would be less noisy, I would start thinking to get them. But as they are 7200 rpm, I am afraid that it won't be better, they will be more power consuming and even with higher temperature.

In my testings, the initial 3300 8TB models inside let's say 224+ NAS was around 23-30 dB(A) per drive. The noise with 3310 has gone up because they are 7200. Also, expect more heat, but not that much more power consumption.

Recently I retired one RS unit with 12x 7200 drives, and the ambient temperature has gone down significantly. Mind you those were not HAT3300 drives, but still, the 7200 drive by itself will be louder, power-hungry, and hot.

Yes, I am sure that 7200 rpm drives are louder in general. But as I said, I was surprised and disappointed by HAT3300 so much, because, they are nicely quiet if only running (=rotating) until they start to read/write/seek. Then they are much louder than my previous WD Red Plus drives.
Unfortunately, right now I don't see any alternative HDD drives (I mean drives developed and intended for NAS) which are 1) 5400 rpm, 2) quiet enough, 3) pleasant low temperature. (Power consumption is the least important criterium for me, if I would have to give up any...)

Being Seagate Ironwolf (the initial 3300 not 3310) this comes to no surprise. Seagate was always louder than WD for example.

Also, even 5400 drives larger than 4TB nowadays are "loud". There is no going back on this (unless you use 3TB WD RED, those are super silent for a spindle drive) apart from SSDs. I hear you, but noise is not a factor for me (and never was), still not sure there will be a solution for this other than an SSD setup, or keeping the NAS well isolated (sound-wise).
