Nothing wrong with creating a large language model of previous support tickets along with knowledge articles. With the right type of prompts you will be amazed how you get the right answer on the first response. But this is all dependent on how Synology implements. At my current employer we don't release the knowledge to general web queries we tightly curate on the web channel and then have giving CSR's the ability to do more abstract queries. The chat bot is under constant supervision to make sure it can't go off the rails or daydream.
