I am thinking of buying a Microsoft Surface Pro X but occasionally really need to connect to my synology router with VPN plus installed in my office.

Therefore I want to be sure that the vpn plus cliënt app that needs to be installed on the Surface Pro X(within chrome) will run and work.

could someone please confirm that?

Can't confirm that it works as I don't have Windows and don't use Chrome browser. The current agents are listed here:

What's the difference between a Surface Pro X and any other Windows PC?

The difference is that the surface pro X uses an ARM processor. It uses a 32bit emulator for x32 apps

No VPN client setup on the router is "one for all", not SSID specific.
