Yesterday I lost part of my life watching this kind of end of 2021 anticipation.
But, again, I didn't listen to "my other self", who said it would be strange after seeing the trailer.

There seems to be nothing left to invent.
Or Wachowski discovered the idea that people don't care about freedom; it's enough when if it's fun.
Even though I probably stop understanding this kind of fun.

Sorry, I didn't read your post, because I didn't seen it yet, I'm waiting that is available in Italian. I like Matrix, and I will accept if maybe isn't good like the previous one

I am glad I endured the first 30 minutes or so

The fighting scenes might be less acrobatic than in the previous installments, but it kind of feels age appropriate.

Like @jeyare wrote there is not much left of the dogmatic "let's free humanity from the machines tyrany" rebellion.

I liked it, and especialy enjoyed PNH as the bad guy.

We watched entire series couple weeks ago, after we lost track of plot 12 min into final film.

I’ve never seen so many shots fired in 4 entire films and no one ever gets hit. Would give a shooter a feeling on invincibility.

They could shorten the whole film to the last three minutes, where everything was explained by the Analyst to Neo and Trinity:
that they can remake the Matrix however they want, but that the humans trapped inside will never leave because they like the comfort of being controlled.

Sad but true and realistic evaluation of our civilization.
