Hello everyone guys, there is a question when uploading to Synology drive, the file name is too long, although another user with the same rights downloads without problems

Download and upload are path and OS dependent as well.
File names and paths that exceed the limitations will not be synchronized:

Windows: The name or path of the folder/file is longer than 247 characters
macOS:
The path of the folder/file is longer than 768 characters
The file name is longer than 255 characters
Linux:
The path of the folder/file is longer than 2,048 characters
The file name is longer than 255 characters

Have you compared the path lengths to rule out any difference? Paste the complete file path and name (including the extension) into a text document which is able to display the total character length. Are they identical, and how do the compare with the limit is Synology Drive?

Look, everything is the same for us, file and path, access rights and folder, only I can download and he can't, moreover, I logged into his account, I can download the same thing but he doesn't, I don't understand what kind of joke this is

Ah, yes that would do it. You were going out to the Internet and back to the router.
