Hope anybody here can help or direct me to info to get this going..
With our management software (RMM) we can read txt files (and other things) and search fro certain values. When a certain value is found, we can create one or more actions to get this solved or alerted or what ever. We want to use it to create a more sophisticated backup monitoring in/with our PSA(Helpdesk) environment like:
At 00:00 automaticly create tickets (call it TicketA) for every endpoint that should have a backup
When TicketB is received that states backup is done and completed: Close TicketA and TicketB as completed
When backup is done and failed: add "failed" +reason in TicketA and elevate both
At 00:05 next day: all TicketA's not touched (aka there is not TicketB) should be elevated
In the ABB agent you can manual export logs. But these are not in txt-isch files on the local harddisk as far as I have looked/searched. My guess is they use something like sqlite. And that would be great as we can use sql to get info and design from there.
I have asked Synology Helpdesk, but or this level actually do not know, or they are not allowed or what ever. Some things are just not that easy with Synology.
I know backupradar.com supports ABB so it should be possible.
Anybody some insights on this? That would be awsome!
Thx in advance
