I have recently changed my IP service provider and router to BT.

It seems that my quickconnect service got “disconnected” somehow, as the “check box” no longer displays a “check” in the quickconnect “enable” option within the "control panel".

Having attempted to add a check mark withing the box, I now get the following error message:

“…..Unable to perform this operation, possibly because the network connection is unstable or the system is busy. Please try again later……”

I am a complete novice with this NAS 220+ and have no idea how to recover from this issue.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

When you changed ISP and ISP router, did the routers use the same IP subnet for the LAN? I’m wondering if you have manually assigned the NAS’s network configuration and if that now isn’t setup to access the Internet using the new router.
