Hi,

I currently have a Synology Drive task to backup all my files from Documents, WHICH IS currently on "Drive D:", and then some other files from Drive C: and E:

I am changing my PC, AND I will have a new (not cloned) Drive C:, and will move my Documents to a SSD Drive on C: ....

HOW do I ensure Synology Drive works correctly then after I have done the PC upgrade? Essentially, I want C: drive and Document to be the MASTER and update all files on Synology post upgrade. How do I do that?

Thanks

When you say ‘backup the PC’ did you use the Backup task type? Or are you just synchronising data between PC and NAS?

Anyone?

Should I delete them first? or what? I have specific folders on drives D/E that are on backup tasks, then have a few Sync items (Desktop, document), from both C: and D: drives.

What happens when those files are now relocated to other drives/folders?
