USBV3 interferrance on 2.4 WiFi

I’m getting ready to switch from SD Card to SSD on USBV3.
I’ve seen the 2.4 WIFI switch about limiting USBV3 to prevent 2.4 internet interference…. Never used the usb portbefore
Can anyone elaborate on real world results if it being on vs off?

Had to re-visit this thread. Whereas iPhone didn’t have issues. IRobot did (2GHz only)
see pix. Stronger green=Stronger WiFi signal lighter= weaker.
Where it is weak is right by router.
this was with afore mentioned switch off. Switch on was solid dark green… so to make IRobot happy, switch is now back on.. No issue seen with M.2/USBV3 drive when on..
