VMWARE DISK SELECTION

I would like to exclude the data disk in a virtual machine that have a system and a data disk. Is there any way to do this ?
In the create job i can only select the complete virtual machine.

Just want to clarify, considering that this is posted in the Hyper Backup section of the forum. What exact tool is being used in this case? Can we get a bit more details on the wanted end result as well as the setup overall?

Ok i have to backup a virtual machine on my vmware hypervisor named WPRSVR1.woeper.lan
I would like to have the possibility to select only the disk 1 ( system ) in active backup for business but there is no wa&y to obtain this ?
Anybody some tric to do this ?
