6 vinyl LP box set (1990). Odd how the first two discs are a bit more crackly than the others.

A book and cup of tea on a wet saturday afternoon. And an amazingly un-pop and crackle bit of vinyl that survived some seriously poor kit at university in the late 80's.

If you can have Pink Floyd playing while reading a book then you have amazing concentration, @fredbert :)

I’d rather have something like this :)

Not too loud but enough to stop me getting distracted when writing documents. :)

Plexamp on MacBook Air with audio captured using Airfoil. Sent to an old Apple TV 2nd Gen with optic to analogue converter. Played out of a Sony mini-system c2004 and old Mission bookshelf speakers. Welcome to my home office, the graveyard of old but working kit*.

I could've done Plexamp from the Mac Mini and used direct optical to the mini-system, but I'm double screening the documents from my work PC. I'm surprised I have time for writing docs when I've these old toys wanting to be played with. :)
