Widgets stuck on top

Somehow on one NAS I've enabled widgets "Always Stuck On Top", whereas others are not -- opening other package windows covers widgets...
(which is what I want)
I don't recall setting it this way, but a search on widgets did not come up with where On Top is set...

Could you kindly indicate where the setting is stored?

Isn’t it the pin icon at the top of the widgets window, or are you talking about something else?

Swear I tried pin a couple times. Out now, will try it again later

Logged in next morning and Widgets acted normally (Not Stuck).... (Pin icon worked correctly..).
This was on a 718+ with 7.1-4... Dunno why it did what it did, but it works fine now... All scans fine...
