I've been using Surveillance station since getting my NAS. I use the windows client and keep it open instead of going to the NAS web page to view outside. I works ok but if I maximize it and then go back to a smaller size, the image is off center, and you can't see the right half. Tech support is telling me to open the menu consisting of 3 vertical lines, "I call it the hamburger menu." However, there is no such menu. Has anyone experience this issue. TIA
