Goodmorning, I am doing a bare metal restore ; load drivers, connect to synology start restore, but suddenly after a minure or 4-7 it jumps from couple procent to finish.

Maybe you're misunderstanding the term “bare metal”. Bare metal implies you are rewriting your entire storage drive. Unless your drive is wee small, a bare metal restore is impossible within 4-6 minutes even for a typical 500 GB drive.
Here are some general guidelines on what you might expect:

1. Small to medium-sized restore (less than 100 GB):
   • Transfer time: 10-30 minutes over a fast network
   • Apply time: 15-60 minutes, depending on the target machine's specifications
2. Medium-sized restore (100 GB to 500 GB):
   • Transfer time: 1-3 hours over a fast network
   • Apply time: 30 minutes to several hours, depending on the target machine's specifications
3. Large restore (500 GB to 2 TB):
   • Transfer time: 3-6 hours or more over a fast network
   • Apply time: Several hours to multiple days, depending on the target machine's specifications and complexity of the restore
